[runtime] Speed up library installation, add lib dependencies for Wine Battle.net #38

Also replaced the deprecated --force-yes option of apt-get and added more logging.

A lot of the proposed libs are also required for proper installation of Origin and vcrun2013, so would be nice to merge this with master.

I can't merge this, I need a very good reason to put back X11 libs in the runtime. This will break everything.
