Add patch for more mfplat components, remove upstreamed dotnet patch #81

Found it in Austin's repo: https://github.com/austin987/winetricks/tree/mf Essentially eliminates any need to use cabextract to install extra mfplat components and sideload mfplat.dll from real Windows installation.

weird, it does the same things lutris does but it's borked...
