updating documentation #18

Just a minor clarification to the README.md file.

Also, I tried to run the project but could not get past the login page. Could you provide instructions or guidance on how to fake a login for development and experimentation?

This app requires the Django website to be running as well, since everything is done with the REST API. It would be possible to have a small mock of this API for development purposes.

I will try to figure it out this evening. If I figure it out I will issue another pull request with updated documentation.

I am a huge fan of dashboards. Army operations lives on dashboards. Internally many of the tools and services at Expedia were not stable so I proposed a dashboard and wrote a multiservice dashboard in a day and half during a hackday. The company didn't give me the time of day on it until I was leaving for a higher paying job at Bank of America.
