These two functions are needed for the new StarCitizen version 3.13 to work. One patch was merged in from mainline WINE 6.7, and the other is a candidate currently waiting to be included in mainline WINE.

For the time being, about 1-2 users a day are being manually walked through set-up to get custom runners installed into Lutris. It works, but is not ideal.

tannisroot is right. wine runner lutris-6.10-x86_64 works with the current Star Citizen.
