See this slack message for 1-2 simulated reticulations: https://exelixis-lab.slack.com/archives/CGBUC51L6/p1606768776152700
The 0 simulated reticulations experiments now also have some plots, see the thread in this slack message: https://exelixis-lab.slack.com/archives/CGBUC51L6/p1606756198134800
Some initial BIC and logl plots for the 1-2 reticulation experiments are now also here: https://exelixis-lab.slack.com/archives/CGBUC51L6/p1606768776152700
Can you post the figures here, please?
I really do not want to use Slack anymore, a part for quick questions/answers. Discussions on the performances should be done here, and not split into several places. Sorry but I try to be more efficient
I agree, we should move all over here

I extra posted the link to the slack messages to avoid discussion at two places... But ok, I will repost all the figures and results here. Probably best to do it in a separate GitHub issue for each different dataset setup (small tree, small network, etc.)
But we should be aware of the following: By moving entirely to the GitHub issues, we are excluding the other lab members who are only in the Slack channel from the discussions.
Also, GitHub issues are very restrictive on supported file types and file sizes...
If you so much hate the exact link to the slack message, I'll upload the data and plots to Google Drive instead... >_>
Here is the link to the Google Drive folder containing all the experimental results so far, as well as all the plots created so far: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-pAfJJu3eHJy8G_L7DNls-iLo54N6ItI?usp=sharing
I cannot upload all this data here directly. The GitHub issue complains about it. I'll try if it works at least for the pictures...
Way better 👍
Closing this issue here. Please use the issues https://github.com/lutteropp/NetRAX/issues/18 and https://github.com/lutteropp/NetRAX/issues/19 for discussing the results.
I think excluding the others is okay, as we are going very much into the details here
