Improve new player flow #98

All the above is currently overwhelming / confusing / unknown to new players

Some possible approaches:

Attributes: choose them later? Remove choosing attributes on creation?

Maybe lower the amount to something like 5 so they are aware that the mechanic exists but it doesn't affect their later build too much with many points.

New players aren't explained how attributes affect their gameplay atm. This is hard to understand if you're new to the game and haven't even walked around yet.

A small hover over info box or small text under each attribute in selection could be added.

Grant them after some play time or a mission in-game?

The in-game quest that introduces attributes could also let you reset the attributes you initially chose, if you choose to keep attribute setting at character creation.

OR against all this, if you choose to remove it in the beginning, it could make character creation more simpler.
