  1. File service có khả năng back-up dữ liệu
  2. File service sẽ làm tác vụ lưu id user và các thông tin cần thiết để kiểm tra hình ảnh
  3. Xử lý file service cùng với extract skill service để lấy các kỹ năng của người dùng
  4. File service sẽ không dùng upload bằng front end mà là file service sẽ làm với tác vụ là upload bằng back end để lưu lại mã BASE64
