This is a somewhat EPIC PR, adding event management, event registrations, admin tools, fixing a huge number of minor issues, and significantly improving the UI. This PR aims to incorporate all of the legacy web features into the new system, eliminating the need for new students to create legacy accounts.
Will be merged into main after comprehensive testing. ✅
