A ruby on rails app that allows anyone to ticket anyone and pay for it with charity based currency. Also, when tickets are created and paid for a cryptocoin is minted which can increase in value or be traded.
It may be a new app idea, but I think it might be helpful for people to go to a site, and comment on and join bands of people that are wanting to help after the events of something tragic. Charity based currency would also be good to feed into the networking of something like this.
Currently people do this with twitter, the news, google, and with this app it could also overlap.
