Hi, The function get_data from data.py tries to create the dataset from the folder apr22_pdbbind_gvp_pocket_radius20, which is not created by the notebook construction_PDBbind_training_and_testing.ipynb. Can you please tell me how to fix it? Thank you.

My advice to you is stop using TankBind and try other code such as FABind or DiffDock code.
