Support MFA tokens #8

Accounts with MFA on them don't work with the setup scripts, i had to use Fiddler to track down the bearer token in order to fill in the token value to allow the collector to poll data.

I will keep this open and see if I can do something with MFA tokens! I see a few other collectors support this, so I'll add it to my next up now that V2 is out the door!
