Empty Shader file causes unclear crash #359

Just a heads up, attempting to load an empty file with Luxe.resources.load_shader (I think thats the call) causes a crash from Promise.hx (I think thats where it claimed, sorry not at my computer). I can easily make a sample later if you need but should be easy to reproduce. I don't think it crashing on that is a bad thing necessarily, but it should give a clearer message of the problem.

@KeyMaster- and I did some sleuthing and we found a root cause, it will be fixed soon in snow
