Update dependency issues caused by pip packages in Easy_Object_Detection_With_Custom_Data_Demo_Training.ipynb. Includes the following changes:

Fix gdown of example PASCAL animals dataset
Fix pycocotools version for training
Pin pip dependencies to minimize version errors
Declare old MobileNetSSDv2 training notebooks (which accomplish the same thing with different datasets) as deprecated
