Add Webcam Specific Controls #630

Oak D Lite is a powerful camera with 4k capabilities.

What it can do wonderful stuff with AI recognition in 4K or HD resolution, it can outclass other usual webcam offerings very easily in this domain.

Considering the goal and of course offerings of OAK D Lite, it is not meant to be just a webcam rather it is much more than that. However, if someone's buying an action cam for their activities wouldn't mean they will not take photos of their friend's wedding with that.

So the request is to incorporate such user-friendly options to enhance the capabilities of the webcam. This link will give you some inspirations around it.

Thanks for the suggestions. We do not have the bandwidth to attack anything like this ourselves - as our focus is on the core of the platform/API/etc. But fortunately the whole API/etc. is open source so this could be made by the community. :-)
