Effective October 1st, NWMLS member real estate firms and subscribers will be allowed to publish two additional data fields on internet data exchange ("IDX") and virtual office websites ("VOW") websites. 

The data fields are: “NWMLS SOC” and “NWMLS SOC Comments.” These fields will communicate the offer of compensation to the buyer's broker. 

These fields can be published on listings in the following statuses: Active, Contingent, Pending Inspection, Pending, Pending Short Sale, Pending Back-Up Requested, and Pending Feasibility.

These fields will be in schema 1.7

NWMLS member real estate firms and subscribers are now allowed to publish two additional data fields on internet data exchange ("IDX") and virtual office websites ("VOW") websites. 
The data fields are "SOC" and "SOCCOMMENTS". These fields will communicate the offer of compensation to the buyer's broker. 

These fields are available for publication on listings in the following statuses: Active, Contingent, Pending Inspection, Pending, Pending Short Sale, Pending Back- Requested, and Pending Feasibility. 

The WebsiteFieldsMaster.xlsx spreadsheet has been updated to reflect these new fields. The spreadsheet can be found in the Files section of the EverNet Yahoo User Group. 

To access these fields, please change your schema to StandardXML1_7.
