Drop snazzy maps cfg #10

The snazzy maps option in the maps block should be replaced by just using a html block and copy the iframe into it.

In my opinion the cfg variables does not help the end-user nor the developer. The developer can also use the html block in order to add the snazzy maps embed code (which is delivered and configured as iframe code)

@luyadev/core Since no response on this, we will remove in next major release.

bootstrap 3 will not receive any major upgrade anymore.
