CMS page permissions: enable access to subpage without enabling parent page #339

When enabling editing of a subpage for a user group under CMS Settings > Page Permissions, editing of its parent page has to be enabled, too, otherwise the parent can not be expanded in the site tree of the CMS admin (as no expanding arrow is displayed).
