I think a few informations are missing:

composer.json
readme which is "default" readme for new theme repos
repo description and url
badge
luya logo

Especially some information about the subdirectory resources/<THEME>-asset is needed.

It differs from an auto-generated theme by ./vendor/bin/luya theme/create.

@boehsermoe is this something to consider soon or should i close the issue? My personal experience with themes is not that big, but it seems that @hbugdoll was testing very strong.
