Composition routes default frontend language

What steps will reproduce the problem?

• Adding some languages, e.g. English and German(default)
• Making a new Module
• Add urlRules with composition ['pattern' => 'service', 'route' => 'service/default/index', 'composition' => [ 'en' => 'service', 'de' => 'leistung' ]]

What is the expected result?

( German is default site language ) http://com.test:8080/service should result in error http://com.test:8080/en/service should work http://com.test:8080/leistung should work

What do you get instead?

http://com.test:8080/service works http://com.test:8080/en/service works http://com.test:8080/leistung doesn't work
