Keep unnecessary files out of releases/dists.

Hi @raphaelstolt

Thanks for your PR. We don't need gitattributes as this repository will only publish the core folder as a subsplit repository https://github.com/luyadev/luya-core. So we need the docs folder and others for building luya.io and other doc informations. I know its hacktoberfest, if you like to earn a PR maybe help us translate files or make improvements to the guide:
