[ ] create ngrest config class defined in the module for each api, so it can be overwritten
[x] verfiy YII_ENV and YII_DEBUG vars
[x] create admin user on external platform (security issue to be verified)
[x] create base test for each customer projekt to make basic application check
[x] create ./vendor/bin/luya file with: "health" (asset removing, writeable folders, etc.), "testing" which runes all tests inside the customer repo
