A config file would allow the user to set preferences such as default font,
default background color and default foreground color.

So far this allows: font, background color, foreground color, border color,
background count to be set through a config file named tintwizard.conf

This is likely to be expanded in further versions.

A further improvement to this feature will be a dialog / window which allows 
the user
to set new default values.

The user can now also set the default open/save directory.
