cannot type in text for cloze #3

please help. i am trying not to go back to my mac.

@baldness , could you please describe the steps you are doing to face this problem? Also screenshots will be helpful.

Ok so when I click on the green plus sign to add notes for anki it does not allow me to type in anything under cloze. The second picture shows an open text box for basic adding of texts to add to my cards. The weird thing is when I try to do a basic adding of a text as indicated by the second picture, at times it wouldnt let me do that either, as indicated by the 4th picture for basic addition of cards but lacking the text box. The good thing is I can click on basic , then basic with reversed, then basic again and the text box will appear. Unfortunately this never works for cloze.
