I haven't needed to create a CV for anything, so I've uploaded the closest thing I have to it with all my relevant experience. This formatting was required by my employer to submit to CalTrans for monitoring work.
Keep abbreviations consistent throughout (ex. DWR vs Dept of Water Resources)
write out what ICF, EDBPS, and MWD is
Include months with your dates
Formatting things: bullet point the paragraphs, include contact info, change to first person, no need to have both professional & ICF start date listed twice, write out Bachelors of Science
Include education section
I still think Project Experience is a good title to keep, but Research Experience also works- more of a personal preference
Key Skills section would be great for an intro section (incorporate the "area of expertise" as well)
Include other relevant research-related work from UCD
Personal note: leave out verbs like "helped," say you actually inspected, monitored, etc.
Another personal note: Name drop professors if applicable
Don't need to include that you served as a team member BUT absolutely highlight when you served as a lead on a project
Highlight your role in the project maybe by saying "contributed to project," "collected x samples for project," etc.
