FLV HTTP delivery does not work for JW Player OAS #81

"video not found" error when trying to play FLV HTTP streams.

See example12 (HTTP) for the JW Player OAS.

Was not a code issue - the HTTP progressive FLV banner (dogs) was configured on 
the openX side as an MP4 - 
changed the setting to FLV in the OpenX banner page and now example 12 works.
