What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running script above

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tikal.sh is present under okapi/okapi-apps_gtk2-linux-x86_0.14. I also copied 
Tikal.sh to m4loc folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

r106. Ubuntu 11

The folder containing tikal.sh needs to be added to the PATH environment 
variable.
