The R part of vignettes is not executed (and results are not displayed) #184

It is a question linked to the functioning of github pages I guess.

I would like the R code in vignettes to be executed and displayed as such (to have tables and figures) on the github pages. I guess running pkgdown::build_site_github_pages() would do the trick but I'm not 100% sure: maybe this requires changing the repo settings too? You did not use pkgdown so far (in that repo) @maelle , did you?

The R code IS executed. Oh my, I'm not fully awaken and properly caffeinated yet.
