Only keep sample A (with approx. 300 cities) #5

In the Global tab, make it possible not to display all cities (sample 0) but only those selected as sample A. This will affect the map, multivar plot, univar plot, city-description (probably, just make this influence a reactive function).

Done. Add to glourbdoc that filtering does affect everything BUT the result of clustering
