Add release workflow #1

This adds basic CI builds for x86-64 for several platforms for pull requests as well as any push.

It also adds automated releases, although that will need to be tweaked. The tests aren't currently working so when they're fixed I'll be happy to revisit it.

Hi @hut8! Thanks a lot for this PR. I have a few questions:

Which workflow is failing? I didn't see any test runs in the actions.
Why don't the two workflows build for the same architectures?
The binary name should be dji-log-parser, not dji-dat-parser

Hey @hut8, for now, I'm sticking with just the release workflow. I made some adjustments, thanks a lot for pointing me in the right direction.
