Display Elevation Profiles for Routes #8

A method for displaying the elevation profile of routes, probably also segments 
thereof should be included. The data is available for UK routes, need to 
investigate whether google can also provide.

Google directions service does not provide this, obtaining in outside the UK 
would require calling Google's Elevation api with the route obtained from 
directions.
Secondary issue of display - will look into available charting libraries, 
possibility of using another google web service for this. Might be better to 
write a local one.

Implemented using call to Google Elevation API outside UK, CycleStreets data 
inside. Charts displayed using achartengine library.
