Map install/update OTA #10

It would be great if we can do this automatically (medium-low priority for
now):

1. the user could add an URL of a map archive in a textbox
2. the app will download the map archive
3. the app will backup the current map
4. the app will unpack the new map and names DB
5. the app will update the names database
6. the app will restart for changes to take effect
