Diff method bodies, track unchanged files, styling #31

Diff Java method bodies (-check-byte-code and -verbose)
- summarised, by generating a hash of each method body, or
- detailed by providing the -verbose flag as well
Track unchanged files in extra info (-track-unchanged)
Update styling of diff views and a couple of grammar mistakes
Set default installation directory to /usr/local instead of /usr
Remove trailing whitespaces in pkgdiff.pl (review with ?w=1 for a more condensed representation)

There are many good ideas here. Not sure that I can merge all patches in this pull request right now, but I'll try to review and merge most important ones (may be by committing parts of code and referencing you as the author).
