Implement `try...catch` and `throw` #318

It was based on @sjbarag original branch but I adapted to brs-engine way of handling the backtrace, and completed his work.

Development tasks:

[x] Implement support for catch
[x] Implement support for throw
[x] Add backtrace to BrsError
[x] Move Runtime to Error module
[x] Update MicroDebugger to show correct RuntimeError number
[x] Add support for throw send AA
[x] Update all known errors to use Runtime and RuntimeErrorCode
[x] Investigate edge cases
[x] Remove TODO and commented code
[X] Perform regression tests
