1) Increased /RESET signal duration to 120ms to avoid reset problem on machines with additional capacitors on reset switch
2) Added new shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Ins and Ctrl+Alt+Home to disabling and enabling keyboard controller. Now ATM2 should load from tape when keyboard disabled
