At desks with 2 staff the second staff position is not used #133

I made a ticket desk with 2 staff positions , but only 1 will be used , the 2 staff stand at same point. means you just see one That not looks good , let them use the second staff position also . (maybe fits together with issue #125 ) DoubleTicketDesk.zip
