changes in LVGL APIs v8.3.10:

removed unary_op, mp_generic_unary_op in mp_lv_type_fun_builtin_var and mp_lv_type_fun_builtin_static_var
lv_obj_add_event to lv_obj_add_event_cb

PR should be created for release/v8 branch, not for master branch.
