changes in LVGL APIs v8.3.10:

removed unary_op, mp_generic_unary_op in mp_lv_type_fun_builtin_var and mp_lv_type_fun_builtin_static_var
lv_obj_add_event to lv_obj_add_event_cb

Hello!

This PR contains changes from master branch (which contains v9-dev code, and not v8), that's why there are 60 files.

Please create your own branch from release/v8 branch in your forked repository (and not from master branch)

Then change the files you want in your newly created branch

Then you can create the PR from your new branch to lvgl:release/v8 branch.
