To push this through I will edit the lv_drv_conf.h as per my comments, unless you have any objections? By the way I don't think I thanked you for taking the time to submit a pull request.

Thinking about your comments I agree with you. The driver config template does it this way and we should strive to be as consistent with this as possible.
