What am I doing wrong? I tested its own sample and it didn't work in IE8, neither IE7, why? #50

I downloaded the border-radius-demo.zip and opened its HTML sample in IE8, and 
it dindn't work. It's a simple test, the own curved-corner's test. Why didn't 
it work?
