Opacity on hover doesn't work in IE on elements with curved-corners

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. filter:alpha(opacity=50)
2. behavior:url(border-radius.htc);
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should get 50% opacity on div hover but it doesn't. Rounded corners work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest, Win7 Ultimate x86.
