Importing CSS problem #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a CSS like: <link href="myCSSfile.css" rel="stylesheet" 
type="text/css" />
2. Copy all the Css info to that file
3. Try to use it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The effect doesn't works

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The last one. Windows 7 on IE 8

Please provide any additional information below.
The problem is to use "behavior: url(border-radius.htc);" from outside the HTML 
web page, I suppose. Thanks!
