TalkBack: Ctrl On An External Keyboard Should Stop Speech #336

APH offers the attached patch which stops any currently active speech when Ctrl 
is pressed on an attached keyboard. If either Read from Top or Read from Next 
Item are active, they are canceled as well.

We'll consider this.  For better organization, I would prefer to keep key press 
handling logic within a single place -- KeyComboManager, but that may not be 
feasible based on it's current implementation.

I plan to revisit this in a future release.
