Fmask_3_2 install for Windows #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Fmask 3.2 for Windows
2. Run Fmask_3_2.exe, only to discover that MCR is missing
3. Download and install MCR_R2013a_win64_installer.exe
4. Run Fmask_3_2.exe. After clicking "run" in the security warning dialog box, 
nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Fmask to install. Instead: Nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Professional
