quest repetibles para subir reputación con Thorium Brotherhood

Cómo debería ser?: debería entregar una serie de quest repetibles para ganar 
reputación con TB

Cómo se reproduce el problema?: Simplemente no esta dando las quest

olvide mencionar que las quest se pueden hacer desde neutral
