Add back arrow redirecting from VPS to services list and from ticket to tickets list #112

I don't think this is needed, I can't merge in this form anyway.

For consistent UX this should be somewhere left, not in right upper corner. All nav is on left. I think for user it's faster to just click on menu than search for this arrow.

Proper way is to use breadcrumbs in title, but hard to tell if we can place it in mobile version (too big) https://vuetifyjs.com/components/breadcrumbs

If this feature isn't needed we can just close this PR, but some users need it (https://forum.lvlup.pro/t/przycisk-wroc-w-pomocy/2032).

In my opinion right upper corner is best place for new buttons with icons - left upper corner is too close to sidebar/sidebar expanding button.

Breadcrumbs is the best solution (firstly I was thinking about it), but they don't have any specific style for toolbar.
