Backend will soon have endpoint for average ticket response time, service quantity etc

Backend now have Grafana simple JSON plugin compatible API located at https://api.lvlup.pro/v3/grafana

No stats page needed. Grafana is enough for now. There is link to Grafana from commit ed34e77d3630071de3bb6e170619fe0561ff9922
