Better ticket status & messages in account section of menu #57

Ticket status:

chips before title
labels moved to tooltips
bigger font in chips

Account section of menu:

Profile ({{nick}}) instead of {{email}}
Payments ({{balance}}) instead of {{balance}}

Ticket changes are nice looking but I cannot merge changes in sidebar :cry: It needs more discussion.

Email is there for a reason - there were a lot of situations which were caused by mixup of email accounts, user should always see his email to prevent blaming staff for not delivering mails.

Please rollback changes to sidebar and try to keep separate changes in separate PR/branches for easier merges in the future.

E-mail in sidebar restored. I usually try to keep separate changes in separate PRs, but it's extra time with short, minor fixes.
