Can only set schedule hours, not minutes #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scheduled a notification volume change for 6:45 AM
2. Scheduled notification is set to 6:00 AM
3. Tried 7:45 AM, set to 7:00 AM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Being able to set minutes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Android 4.1.1 Sound Manager 2.1.0
