Multiple SimpleModal on same page. #40

I was trying to make two modal on the same page, but found out it is disabled.
if (s.d.data) {
    return false;
}
commenting out the code allowed it, but then I wasn't able to close it so :)
please include this feature.

I don't personally have any plans to add multiple dialog support. If someone 
would like to submit a patch, I'd consider adding it.
