JQuery 1.4.3 breaks SimpleModal in IE7 #44

Modal dialog isn't visible in IE7 - only scrollbars are shown. Open the 
attached file in IE7 to replicate the issue.

You can also open it in IE8 with compatibility view option enabled to reproduce 
this bug.

Experiencing same issue on Windows 7 with IE7 running on jQuery version 1.4.3 
and SimpleModal 1.4

same problem too, with IE7 on winxp, using jQuery 1.4.3 and SimpleModal 1.4

SimpleModal 1.4.1 has been released and should resolve these issues. If not, 
please let me know.
